All of our projects are executed by a team of volunteers:
- Project teams consist of 3-6 volunteers
- Volunteers are recruited and screened based on their professional skills
- Each volunteer is assigned a specific role on a project team, with defined responsibilities
- Each volunteer donates 100 hours over a 6-month project
- Most of the work is done virtually
