3) Donate Stock
With a donation of stock, you can count the fair market value of the stock as charitable contribution (tax deductible) and avoid having to pay the capital gains taxes that you would pay if you sold the stock. To make a stock donation, contact our National Office at national@taprootfoundation.org or 415-359-1423.
