Performance Management Grant

A strong performance management (PM) system increases your employees’ effectiveness and satisfaction while improving your organization’s ability to fulfill its mission. The right system helps you and your employees:

  • Clarify personal objectives and align them with organizational objectives
  • Provide regular feedback on personal objectives and development goals
  • Learn from past performance in order to continuously improve

What we offer

Only a customized performance management system can meet the unique needs of your organization. Our team works with you to assess your needs and develop a unique system that takes advantage of our expertise and dedicated resources. We also believe that providing a new PM system is not enough: we will work closely with you to craft appropriate internal employee communications, and to lead training sessions with managers and staff to ensure that your new PM system will be implemented successfully.

The estimated value of this Service Grant is $55,000.
