Competitor/Collaborator Analysis Grant
The competitive landscape is constantly changing, and it can be difficult to stay informed about what other organizations are doing. Successful nonprofits have good sense of who to work with and who to watch out for.
What we offer
Our team helps you understand your position in the competitive landscape and the strengths and weaknesses of similar organizations. We first create a set of simple profiles of each of the players and then dig deeper for the most important ones. The in-depth profiles provide the basis for a discussion of the opportunities and threats your organization might consider in making strategic decisions.
The estimated value of this Service Grant is $70,000.
