Strategic Planning Prep Grant

Gathering precise, relevant information is incredibly time-consuming—yet essential—to developing a strong strategic plan. Equally important to informed strategic decision-making is understanding the environment in which you operate.

What we offer

Our Strategic Planning Prep Service Grant gives you the contextual information you need to make good strategic decisions. Our team of strategy management experts works with you to collect a full range of internal and external inputs in order to create an in-depth, unbiased situational report. The team uses your unique mission as the basis for all analyses, highlighting those opportunities that are both realistic and significant. Our detailed map of your situation, position, and potential enables you to confirm your current path to your board, staff, and funders, as well as see what new strategic choices could bring.

The estimated value of this Service Grant is $70,000.

Why it’s a win

The pro bono consultant team will complete some or all of the following:

  • Report that identifies trends and influences in your operating environment using interviews with relevant parties
  • Opportunity map that takes an objective view of organizational strengths and weaknesses, then maps them to external factors to rate specific opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis)
