In 2005, Hand in Hand was still known as the Parent’s Leadership Institute and was challenged obtaining more funding to expand and sustain their programs. Taproot granted them a Naming Service Grant followed by a Brand Strategy & Visual Identity Grant, collectively worth an estimated $100,000.

For a complex health and counseling agency with a wide range of services, an in-depth look at the external environment was an essential precursor to confirming and clarifying strategic priorities.
