Our team will help you find the donor management system that’s right for your organization and tailor it to meet your organization’s unique needs.

We start by analyzing your fundraising strategies, technical capabilities and financial resources. Based on our findings we will work with you to configure a system that will meet your donor management needs. To ensure successful implementation, we also work with you to import your existing data and document the custom configuration of your new system.

The impact of each project varies but many clients report one or more of these results:

• Increased donations from funders
• Improved relationship with potential donors and funders; higher conversion rate of leads
• Increased efficiency in fundraising and staff management of the data

• This Service Grant does not provide funds to purchase software

Our Donor Database project will be most successful if your organization has the following in place:

• A funding strategy that relies significantly on individual donors, volunteers and/or fundraising events
• An existing system for tracking donors, volunteers and/or event data
• A commitment to both implementing a new donor database technology, and changing your fundraising methods to fully incorporate the new technology
• Staff that can invest the necessary time to make the project succeed:
  • Executive Director: 10-15 hours total
  • Day-to-Day Contact: 3-5 hours each week
  • Development Director/Manager: 30-40 hours total
  • Primary Database User: 2-5 hours each week
  • Data Entry Specialist: 40-60 hours total
  • Technical Contact: 10 hours total
