Once the findings and related strategy and requirements documents are approved, the volunteer team:

• Develops a draft direction for each material / deliverable
• Gets feedback from you
• Makes 1-2 rounds of revisions

Then:

• Presents the final deliverables for approval and adoption
• Trains you to implement and use the materials going forward
• Celebrates completion of the project
• This stage typically takes ten weeks
