How It Works
- Fill out a profile on our website and a Recruitment Coordinator will asses your fit for one of our project types– Strategic HR, Strategy Management, Creative Marketing, or Website/Database related IT
- Attend an orientation with your local Program Manager
- Donate an average of 3-5 hours per week on a 6-month pro bono project; most work is done virtually
- Attend one in-person meeting per month with your nonprofit client
