Taproot has been instrumental in our growth and success. We have recruited numerous volunteers who have guided us on marketing strategies while helping us create engaging multimedia content. Moreover, Taproot volunteering has led to board recruitment and the implementation of mentoring programs where corporate women in STEM fields are mentoring the girls in our programs in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.”
